Meridian Safety recently received funding from the
AusIndustry under the Commercialising Emerging Technologies (COMET) scheme.
COMET is a competitive, merit based program that seeks to assist early stage
companies in the commercialisation of their innovative technologies.
The T-Line Safety System was recognised for its highly innovative approach to
Fall Protection and was therefore an ideal candidate for the program. Not only
were the commercial prospects for the T-Line convincing but more importantly,
the potential benefit to the safety of workers in a wide range of industries.
With Height Safety now gaining attention in more and more industries, new
potential applications for the T-Line are constantly being recognised.
The funds received under the COMET scheme will now be used to finalise the
development of the T-Line and commence field trials.
